This workshop will consider harassment, bullying and micro behaviours, including micro inequities and micro affirmations. It will explore strategies for effectively challenging ourselves and others including the use of micro affirmations, feedback skills, and bystander interventions to ensure all staff are supported in creating a more inclusive environment.
